UK Shipping Update
New shipping procedures will be in place from 1 Jan 2021, for all UK deliveries. We are taking care of the new documentation processes so your ordering experience should remain the same. Returns and Repairs
Unsure of your size? Can’t decide between jackets? Our Customer Service team is here to help—the less unnecessary shipping, the better. We have no time limit on returns and accept both current and past-season products.
We Guarantee Everything We Make
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, our Ironclad Guarantee allows you to return it for a replacement or refund at no charge. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
We can now ship to all countries across Europe. Please rest assured that our delivery partners are applying strict hygiene and social distancing measures, for their own safety and yours. Depending on where you live, it may take slightly longer than usual for you to receive your order.
