Gift Cards FAQs

How long is a gift card valid for?

Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue or activation.

How are Gift Cards delivered?

Provided physically at the point of purchase in-store or digitally, by email to the recipient with a unique code / PIN.

Can I transfer my Gift Card to someone else?

Yes. Gift Cards are transferable and may be redeemed by whoever holds them.

Can I use part of my Gift Card and keep the rest for later?

Yes. You can use all or part of your Gift Card. Any unused balance remains until expiry.

What if my purchase is more than the Gift Card balance?

You can pay the difference with another accepted payment method.

Can I return or cancel a Gift Card?

You have the right to withdraw from the Contract during the 14-day Withdrawal Period without giving any reason provided that the Gift Card(s) has not been used. Once delivered by email, Gift Cards cannot be cancelled if you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal.

If the gift card has already been used, in whole or in part, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Gift cards purchased in-store are not distance contracts and therefore do not fall under the statutory right of withdrawal.

What about refunds for things purchased with a Gift Card?

Refunds for purchases made with a Gift Card are issued as a new Gift Card. Refunds to cash, bank transfer, or other payment methods are not available.
