We can now ship to all countries across Europe. Please rest assured that our delivery partners are applying strict hygiene and social distancing measures, for their own safety and yours.
Depending on where you live, it may take slightly longer than usual for you to receive your order. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team and we will be happy to help you.

Will my order be delayed?

Strict hygiene and social distancing measures have been put in place at our warehouse, for the safety of the people working there and our customers. Most orders placed on eu.patagonia.com before 13.00 CET Mon-Fri will still be shipped the same day (excluding regions such as Swizerland, Norway and Jersey, which require customs documents). However, some couriers are experiencing delays right now and this can mean that your parcel takes 1-2 days longer than expected to arrive. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your delivery and receive updates on any delays.

Can I still get express shipping?

Yes, express shipping is available. Orders placed before 13.00 CET Mon-Fri will be shipped from our warehouse the same day. However, some couriers are experiencing delays right now and this can mean that your parcel takes 1-2 days longer than expected to arrive. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your delivery and receive updates on any delays.

Can I return products?

Yes, you can still register your return online, via our returns portal. Physically sending the parcel back to us will depend on whether you can access your local drop-off point. Across Europe, some drop-off points have been closed temporarily, meaning customers have been unable to return products to us. Your safety is our priority. This is why we have removed the time limit on returning unwanted items. You will be given a full refund as soon as we receive your item(s).

We have put in place strict hygiene and social distancing measures at our stores, offices, repair centres and at every stage of the delivery process. The safety of our employees, third-party partners and customers is our priority.

Can I still contact Customer Service?

Yes, we are available during regular office hours: Mon-Thurs 9.00-17.30 CET and Fri 9.00-17.00 CET. Our team is working remotely so there may be a slight delay in responding to your query. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Are your stores open?
