To exchange an item from your recent order, simply send it back for a refund and place a new order on eu.patagonia.com. Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
You can send items back to us in the original packaging you received the order in, or in a secure package of your choice. However, we would recommend reusing the parcel your goods were delivered in to reduce waste.
We kindly ask that online orders are returned via our online Return Portal. To start the process please visit our Returns page.
To return additional items from your order, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will assist you.
To allow for smooth and efficient process at our warehouse, we kindly ask that you do not consolidate orders when sending us items back for a refund.
Please create one QR code per unique order and ship the package with the relevant returned items.
Once your order reaches our returns warehouse, our team will be able to quickly identify the items you have sent back, and ensure you are refunded as swiftly as possible.
You no longer receive paperwork inside your Patagonia order. We are making this change to reduce the amount of paper we use. Once you have registered your return in the portal you will receive a QR Code with information regarding your return.
There is no need to cancel the return. Since no items will be returned, the returns process will not begin.
Time & Cost
Once delivered to our facility, we do our best to process returned items within 14 business days. During sale and holiday periods, this time frame may increase. Please note that this does not include transit time to our facilities.
Unfortunately, you cannot track your return but keep hold of your shipping receipt so this information can be shared with our Customer Service Team if necessary.
You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from Patagonia—both new and sale items. Although there is no set time limit, we ask that returns for fit or colour be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached.
Our return process if free for our customers. However we do encourage you to shop responsibly and to consider the environmental impact when purchasing and returning items - the less unnecessary shipping, the better. Please follow the steps required here to start your return.
If you live in one of the following countries, your parcel will be routed through a local returns hub before being forwarded to our main returns warehouse: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia and the United Kingdom. Please therefore note that the Delivered status on your return tracking number, does not indicate we have received your parcel and it must still be forwarded to our main returns warehouse.
There is no limit here, but we would recommend you drop off your parcel in a timely manner to avoid a later confusion.

Our Promotional Voucher are available for individual use only.
We will refund your shipping cost if the entire order is returned. Unfortunately if it is only a partial return we are unable to refund you. Please note this does not include Express shipping.
