General Terms and Conditions Patagonia® Gift Cards

The Gift Card is only redeemable in a physical Patagonia Store in the country of purchase.

The Gift Card is not redeemable on eu.patagonia.com or any other website.

The Gift Card will expire after 5 years from the activation date.

The maximum value on a Gift Card is EUR 1,000 or the equivalent currency.

If the value of your Gift Card is greater than the amount of your total purchase, you will be able to use the remaining Gift Card balance for future purchases, subject to these terms and conditions.

If the value of your Gift Card is less than the amount of your total Patagonia® retail store purchase, you must provide an additional payment method accepted in that retail store in order to complete your purchase.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or store credits.

Gift Cards will be treated as cash if lost. Patagonia Europe is not liable in case of lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards. Gift Cards can be cancelled and replaced, but to do so we need to have the original proof of purchase.

The Gift Card is transferable and can be redeemed by whomever is the bearer.

Gift Cards can be used to purchase Gift Cards.

For refunds of returned items that were originally paid with a Gift Card, you will get a new Gift Card with the amount of the refunded item.

The Gift Card is issued by Patagonia Europe Cooperatief U.A. (‘Patagonia Europe’), located at Jollemanhof 11, 1019 GW Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Since Patagonia Europe is located in the Netherlands, these terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. However, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
