Patagonia® Omnichannel Gift Cards
Gift Cards are issued by Patagonia Europe Cooperatief U.A., based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue or activation.
All Gift Cards are available in Euros (EUR); British Pound Sterling (GBP) and Swedish Krona (SEK).
Additional currencies are supported, only as specified below:
- Danish Krone (DKK), Norwegian Krone (NOK) and Swiss Franc (CHF) via our e-commerce website only.
- Czech Koruna (CZK) available in our Prague Retail Store only.

Gift Cards can be loaded with values between 10 (ten) and 1,000 (one thousand) EUR or corresponding value in GBP, CZK, SEK, DKK, NOK or CHF.
No. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
No. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
Provided physically at the point of purchase in-store or digitally (by email to the recipient with a unique code / PIN) when purchased on the e-commerce website.
Gift Cards can be redeemed online at eu.patagonia.com (our Website) and at participating Patagonia stores in (see above). Gift Cards can only be redeemed against Patagonia products in the same currency with which the Gift Card was purchased (currently EUR, GBP, CZK, DKK, CHF, NOK and or SEK).
Yes. You can use all or part of your Gift Card. Any unused balance remains until expiry.
You can pay the difference with another accepted payment method.
Yes. Multiple Gift Cards may be used together.
Yes, as long as the purchase complies with the promotion terms.
Yes. Refunds are issued back onto a Gift Card (digital or physical).
The refund will be applied first to the alternate payment method, with any remaining balance refunded onto a Gift Card.
No. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or store credits.
Yes. Split payments are possible, except online with PayPal or Apple Pay.
Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Patagonia is not liable if lost, stolen or damaged. With proof of purchase, we may re-send a digital card or replace a physical card.
You can check balances online under “check your balance” or at participating Patagonia stores.
Please note: Gift card balances can only be checked on the local version of the website that matches the currency of the gift card. For example, a gift card issued in British Pound Sterling (GBP) can only be checked on the UK version of the website: https://eu.patagonia.com/gb/en/.
No. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; you must purchase a new one.
Yes. Gift Cards are transferable and may be redeemed by whoever holds them.
You waive the right to withdraw from the Contract during the 14-day Withdrawal Period if when purchasing online, you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal during the checkout process.
Gift cards purchased in-store are not distance contracts and therefore do not fall under the statutory right of withdrawal.
It is 14 days from the date you, or a third party named by you, have/has taken possession of the Gift Cards, or, where your order contained multiple Gift Cards which will be delivered separately, delivery of the final Gift Card(s) making up your order.
Refunds for purchases made with a Gift Card are issued as a new Gift Card. Refunds to cash, bank transfer, or other payment methods are not available.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes may be brought to courts in Amsterdam or your country of residence if it is in the EU.
