Express shipment orders
Orders placed before 13.00CET (Mon-Fri) will be delivered the following business day. Please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed for the following areas: Canary Islands, Finland, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Norway, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, due to custom or geographical issues.
We kindly ask that you choose standard shipping where possible to reduce our environmental impact.
We will share your telephone number and email address with our shipping partner who may contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Shipping to Norway
VAT
Norwegian customers complete the checkout process with listed prices on our website, which do not include VAT.
Please note that you will need to pay your national VAT to the carrier before you receive your order. If you later decide to return your order the VAT is claimable via your local tax authority.
Shipping to Other Territories in Europe
Patagonia Europe ships to certain European territories under DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) incoterms. This means that when placing orders for delivery to destinations such as Channel Islands, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, where customs documentation is required, you are not required to pay any additional customs fees when shipping your order. These additional charges will be covered by Patagonia.
BFPO / PO Addresses
Please note that Patagonia Europe cannot deliver to BFPO or PO addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
