General Terms and Conditions Patagonia® Gift Cards

Algemene voorwaarden.
De cadeaukaart kan alleen worden ingewisseld in een fysieke Patagonia-winkel in het land van aankoop:
De cadeaukaart is niet inwisselbaar op eu.patagonia.com of enige andere website.
De cadeaukaart vervalt na 5 jaar vanaf de activatiedatum.
De maximale waarde van een cadeaukaart is EUR 1,000 of het equivalente bedrag in een andere valuta.
Indien de waarde van uw cadeaukaart hoger is dan het bedrag van uw totale aankoop, kunt u het resterende saldo van de cadeaukaart gebruiken voor toekomstige aankopen, onderhevig aan deze algemene voorwaarden.
Indien de waarde van uw cadeaukaart lager is dan het bedrag van uw totale aankoop in een Patagonia® winkel, dient u een aanvullende betaalmethode te verstrekken die wordt geaccepteerd in die winkel om uw aankoop te voltooien.

Cadeaukaarten zijn niet inwisselbaar voor contant geld of winkeltegoeden.
Cadeaukaarten worden behandeld als contant geld indien verloren. Patagonia Europe is niet aansprakelijk in geval van verlies, diefstal of beschadiging van cadeaukaarten. Cadeaukaarten kunnen worden geannuleerd en vervangen, maar hiervoor hebben we het originele aankoopbewijs nodig.
De cadeaukaart is overdraagbaar en kan worden ingewisseld door degene die hem in bezit heeft.
Cadeaukaarten kunnen worden gebruikt om cadeaukaarten aan te schaffen.
Voor terugbetalingen van geretourneerde artikelen die oorspronkelijk zijn betaald met een cadeaukaart, ontvangt u een nieuwe cadeaukaart met het bedrag van het geretourneerde artikel.
De cadeaukaart wordt uitgegeven door Patagonia Europe Cooperatief U.A. ('Patagonia Europe'), gevestigd aan Jollemanhof 11, 1019 GW Amsterdam, Nederland.
Aangezien Patagonia Europe gevestigd is in Nederland, vallen deze algemene voorwaarden onder Nederlands recht. Deze voorwaarden hebben echter geen invloed op uw wettelijke rechten.
Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing met ingang van 1 juli 2022. Voor eerdere versies kunt u contact opnemen met de klantenservice van Patagonia Europe via deze link.

The Gift Card is only redeemable in a physical Patagonia Store in the country of purchase:
The Gift Card is not redeemable on eu.patagonia.com or any other website.
The Gift Card will expire after 5 years from the activation date.
The maximum value on a Gift Card is EUR 1,000 or the equivalent currency.
If the value of your Gift Card is greater than the amount of your total purchase, you will be able to use the remaining Gift Card balance for future purchases, subject to these terms and conditions.
If the value of your Gift Card is less than the amount of your total Patagonia® retail store purchase, you must provide an additional payment method accepted in that retail store in order to complete your purchase.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or store credits.
Gift Cards will be treated as cash if lost. Patagonia Europe is not liable in case of lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards. Gift Cards can be cancelled and replaced, but to do so we need to have the original proof of purchase.
The Gift Card is transferable and can be redeemed by whomever is the bearer.
Gift Cards can be used to purchase Gift Cards.
For refunds of returned items that were originally paid with a Gift Card, you will get a new Gift Card with the amount of the refunded item.
The Gift Card is issued by Patagonia Europe Cooperatief U.A. (‘Patagonia Europe’), located at Jollemanhof 11, 1019 GW Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Since Patagonia Europe is located in the Netherlands, these terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. However, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
