Patagonia is excited to announce the 29th Annual Salmon Run, to be held Sunday, November 16th, 2025. The Salmon Run is one of the largest and longest-standing running events in Ventura County where runners and community members alike join together to support and celebrate Ventura’s collective power to create positive change.  This annual benefit event has raised more than $170,000 over the years for environmental non-profit groups working on important issues in our own backyard. We hope you can join us this year for a morning of fun and community.

As we continue on into our 29th year, this year's beneficiary will be South Coast Habitat Restoration, a local non-profit organization based in Carpinteria that is dedicated to environmental stewardship and habitat enhancement. South Coast Habitat Restoration is actively supporting fish restoration for steelhead trout and locally is working on a fish passage project in the Ventura river watershed at the Wheeler Gorge campground removing four migration barriers and installing two bridges.

South Coast Habitat Restoration emphasizes steelhead trout recovery through a variety of watershed restoration projects throughout Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. This is accomplished through the management and implementation of restoration projects as well as public outreach events. They strive for positive partnerships with the private property owners, local governments, wildlife agencies, and other community groups to accomplish our goals. We are excited to support the mission of South Coast Habitat Restoration: to protect, conserve, and restore the various habitats and native biodiversity of our local Santa Barbara and Ventura areas!

There will be no day-of registration this year. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER ONLINE PRIOR TO THE RACE. Please be aware that last year’s race SOLD OUT. Register early online to guarantee your spot.
