A staple, breathable and warm
Back in the day, I was part of a research team testing base layer prototypes. warm mid layer
I purchased this Micro Puff as a better option than heavy fleece sweaters as a "1st" layer for skiing and very cold weather activities. The jacket keeps me extremely warm, I use it to walk the dog and go on hikes/backpacking trips and it works well. Other buyer have complained about these two fit ... Read Morecharacteristics since the jacket's introduction and there hasn't been any redesign. As a longtime Patagoniac I find it hard to believe the company hasn't done a makeover on this piece when it regularly changes the fit of so many others in its lineup. Are you listening?
