Hard to get/stay on
The tight elastic at wrist makes it hard to put on 6 mo old, doesnt fit well Inside his Patagonia down jacket, and easily falls off if put on outside the coat. Please consider less or no elastic at wrist and a snapping strap instead at the wrist, and BUILT-IN CLIPS to attach to a coat to prevent loss. The down feature w waterproof cover is otherwis... Cant get the hands on
The gloves are very tight and almost impossible to fit a toddler hands in it. I love all Patagonia products, but this was I wouldnt recommend.
Hello Juliana! Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We're really sorry to hear that the mitts didn't fit your little one. We appreciate this feedback and we'll pass it along to our design crew. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed so you're welcome to [return](https://www.patagonia.com/returns.html).
Perfect toddler mittens
Easy to put on. They fit well (at age 2 and 3 so far) and stay on. Great for playing in snow and keep hands warm and dry, even when the snow is really wet. The longer length works well and prevents the flinging off of mittens, also keeps the snow out. My only complaint is that they seem to sell out fast (and toddlers go through a lot of mittens). I... My baby wears 0-3 month in all clothing. These mittens were great quality but too small for him. They were very hard to fit over his hands and didnt stretch very much.

Not so great for baby...
Bought these to keep our 1 month old warm when cross country skiing. Really difficulty to get hands into the mittens with two elastic bands to pass through - the pita pocket mitts work much better.

I love these mitts for my 3 yo... they are super warm, easy to get on and off, can be worn on the outside of the jacket (don't need to put them on before the jacket) stay on while playing and are water repellant (although not waterproof - they will eventually get waterlogged when worn playing in the wet snow). Still, we love them and have abou... Read Moret 5 pair now. More cute colors or patterns please!
Love the mitts - wish they could connect somehow.
These mitts are great! Up here in northern MN they might need an insert to up the warmth factor, but for most places I"m sure they'll be just fine. They length is what sold us. Our tikes put them on first and a jacket over and I can't see how the snows going to get in (easily as least). Like other reviewers, we do wish the two mitts ... Read Morecould connect somehow, but I get the decide obstacle. Because they're so long, I imagine and hook or clasp would be uncomfortable for our kiddos. Nice job again, PG.
