We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). We kindly ask that you choose standard shipping where possible to reduce our environmental impact. Returns and Repairs
Unsure of your size? Can’t decide between jackets? Our Customer Service team is here to help—the less unnecessary shipping, the better. We have no time limit on returns and accept both current and past-season products.
From May 5th 2021, you will no longer receive paperwork inside your Patagonia order. We are making this change to reduce the amount of paper we use. You can still find all of your order information, and an invoice, in the shipping email we send you. To return an item, please visit the instructions on our returns page.
We can now ship to all countries across Europe. Please rest assured that our delivery partners are applying strict hygiene and social distancing measures, for their own safety and yours. Depending on where you live, it may take slightly longer than usual for you to receive your order.

Patagonia Nashville is open—and we’re following CDC recommendations to provide you with a safe shopping experience. Things still don’t look like they used to, but here’s how you can safely visit us at the store.
Limited In-Store Shopping:
We are now welcoming walk-in customers at a limited capacity. During busier times, we will add you to our first-come, first-served waitlist to safeguard everyone’s experience inside the store. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. We appreciate it!
Shop online from the comfort of home, select Curbside Pickup, and then swing by the store for a fast, simple, and safe shopping experience. Most orders are ready within two business hours. For more information on Curbside Pickup, please view our FAQ page.
Shop by Appointment:
If you want the in-store experience without the possibility of waiting in line, we recommend booking an appointment. Appointments are limited to certain hours and days of the week.
Our Covid Protocols
- We are limiting the number of people who can be in the store at one time. - Employees and customers must remain 6 feet apart and adhere to floor markings while waiting in line. - We are cleaning the store often, especially fitting rooms and other high-touch surfaces. - Everyone over the age of 2 must wear a CDC-approved face covering in-store at all times. Please speak with an employee about delivery and pickup options if you cannot wear a mask for health reasons. - Hand sanitizer is available for employees and customers alike. - Returns and try-ons are quarantined for 24 hours. Apologies if something is in stock and not immediately available. - No hugging or high fives. Smiles, peace signs and words of encouragement are most welcome. - If you are not feeling well, please visit us another time or shop online.
About Our Store
The forests, rivers, and mountain ranges brought us to Tennessee, while the creative spirit of Nashville convinced us to stay. We’re located in a 1950s-era industrial warehouse in The Gulch, a place steeped in railroad history, but was the first LEED certified neighborhood in the South. With the help of local businesses and artists, we’ve built a great store to host events, support local environmental groups, and outfit your explorations of Appalachia.
