Clare Gallagher
Trail Running Ambassador
Hometown: Englewood, Colorado
Resides: Boulder, Colorado
Competitiveness and speed flow thickly in Clare’s blood, as does her desire to protect the planet we call home. After studying the impacts of climate change on coral reefs, she’s transferred her passion to the trails. As cofounder of Protect Our Winters (POW) Trail, a climate advocacy organization, Clare has testified at Colorado’s state capitol on air quality and renewable energy bills and also advocates at the national level. Clare sees the climate crisis as a marathon that we need to start sprinting.
