Protect the ocean so it can protect us
Our future is tied to the ocean. Its shared seas connect us through food, culture and sport. The home of amazing, abundant life, it’s also a powerful climate solution. Yet the practice of bottom trawling threatens to destroy this precious resource—bulldozing our ocean floor, undermining small-scale fisheries and deepening the climate crisis. Let's end this destructive practice, starting with an immediate ban in marine protected areas and inshore zones.

Love this jacket and perfect for rainy weather. Hike a lot with my dog, no matter the weather, and this jacket has been perfect for keeping me dry. Only wish it had a chest pocket but that’s a personal preference. Runs a little large, but I think that’s perfect for layering.
I love how sturdy this jacket is. The zippers work well, the billed hood keeps my glasses dry. I can wear this in hot or cold weather, depending on what I layer underneath. I LOVE this jacket. Fit is perfect. It packs up easily even in my small hip pack during MTB rides and is great for all year long even in the warmer months. I love the Night Plum color, it's even prettier in person.
I'm 5'3", 150 lbs, and 36C. I'm smaller on top with wider hips. I purchased a medium from Worn Wear, it fit great, and was flattering... but I couldn't fit layers under it or it was too snug. I sized up to a large and it's a little roomy but perfect to accommodate all of my layers.

This is a wonderful jacket.
I love the fit and color of this jacket. But the fabric is stiff and noisy (sounds like plastic when I move it.) For this reason I only gave two stars. I washed it to see if it would soften up but it did not. So Im stuck with it I guess.

Cute jacket, great color
I have been eyeing this color rain jacket for a while but in the Granite Crest, which is not quite as noisy. They seemed to have discontinued the GC in this color. This jacket is cute and works for the rain but it is really noisy when you move.
Great product, well made, GREAT color, but wish manufacturers would make products for women that are shaped like women, and not 14 year old boys. Great rain jacket
Perfect for daily wear. I like my jackets big so I can layer so ordered a size up. Does make a little noise with movement but doesnt bother me.
I bought this in dried mango and love the fit and colour. Great for all weathers and keeps me warm and dry. Only disappointment is the loop inside to hang on your coat hook is very tiny, could have been made a bit bigger
I was looking for a jacket that would keep me dry without costing the earth for travelling to work and to also use for hikes. So far so good working really well.
Also as I am fairly short, finding loose fitting jackets that don't swamp me are difficult to find. Jacket looks great on me, very happy.
I wanted to buy a rain jacket that doesn't add any extra warmth so I can wear it year-round. This fits the bill perfectly, so at least my upper body stays dry even if my socks are drenched.
I bought this raincoat thinking I could wear it over a vest to go for extended walks on drizzly, cold Michigan Michigan days in late fall/early spring.

WS Torrentshell 3 L rainjacket
Good roomy fit, nice long sleeves, hood provides good roomy protection, coat covers to below hip. Only negative thus far is it is a bit stiff. Size LG. I'm 5'8", 150 lbs.
What I'd expect from a shell. Only 4 stars because the material is noisy, and when seated rowing, the zipped jacket curls up to create a catchment area for water to pool.
This is for a Xmas gift for my wife so can’t give much feedback at this time. But it will be the second one for her. She wore her first one out. I also am on my second one. These are great jackets! Very versatile.
Love this jacket! I have worn it during some of the early icy drizzles here in NE and it has kept me perfectly dry. Love that the sleeves are long enough but can be tightened with Velcro. True to size
I like the look of this jacket. Got the blue/green color. It runs small especially in the hips as others had said. Perfect
I'm a teacher. I live in very rainy coastal California. I am in and out, from classroom to field, from building to building, all day long. This jacket is perfect - warm enough, but not too warm. It's comfortable to wear. I really like its versatility.
Fabulous neutral color
Exceptional water repellent coat/ hood
Perfect vents and pockets
I will wear this over thick sweaters
Really love a PATAGONIA EVERYTHING for quality
Just got back from walk on the Pacific Coast, CA above the ocean. Cloudy, moist day. Perfect jacket to wear. I receive many compliments on the jacket. What else can I say? I feel confident knowing I have this to wear outdoors!
The jacket does what it says, keeps you dry with no added frills. No inner pockets; no pocket to put the hood away (this would have been nice). I love it. Such a lovely colour & great functionality!
A true to size well constructed jacket which reflects Patagonia attention to detail. Fabric is noisy but reflects the end purpose - shedding rain and drying quickly. Not pressure tested yet under exertion for breathability. All in all it’s a keeper.
I am loving this product (especially the Balay Blue color). So far it has kept me dry when walking in the rain. The fit works well for my body (5'6 & 120 lbs). Love this rain jacket
I love this rain jacket. It is beautifully designed and well made. It fits perfectly (an often challenging task for my long, slender body). And even though the material is a bit crunchy (don't try to sneak up on anyone while wearing it!), I plan to use it as part of my wet weather arsenal forever!
I bought this jacket to use on an Iceland hiking trip, however I am using it a lot running errands and hiking close to home as well. Its lightweight and waterproof; you can also easily layer it in colder weather. I highly recommend this jacket for all kinds of foul weather!
It is exactly what I was looking for: ultra light and very reliable. Fits perfectly.
The only con I can find is that it would do better with a pocket on the inside of the jacket.
I have many rain jackets but we were attending an outdoor concert in the rain, and needed to insure that we would stay dry! And this jacket fit the bill! This jacket is amazing. I love it. I ordered a large and I am usually a medium. The large fits perfect -- with just enough room. It has so many great details but still very understated. I haven't been this happy with a purchase in a long time. I'm thinking about buying more for Christmas presents.
Really like the jacket. The longer fit and hood are great. I live in a rainy place and it is indeed waterproof. The only thing I think it needs is a zip pocket in the sleeve or breast I like to put a coin purse there for shopping. Thanks
Had my eye on this jacket for a while and finally decided to go for it. Very happy with my purchase: great quality in terms of materials and construction, feels durable so I'm expecting it to last a long time
I have used it on heavy rain and didn't get wet. Plus it is very lightweight and can be easily stored in its pocket. I specially love the hood, it is big enough to wear with a low ponytail and the visor makes wearing glasses not terrible
Kept me very warm and dry on a hike in the Highlands! It worked well with extreme wind. It fit well yet had enough room for me to have layers underneath, including a packable down jacket.
Love this jacket being so lightweight that it folds easily to be carried in my small backpack. Bought the light green as it’s a cheery colour on a wet day
Love this product - I got the next size up out of personal preference in the end. Great to deal with for returns and replacements (see comment above) and I would thoroughly recommend Patagonia. Great job guys!
I bought this jacket for the balkan trail. I had rain for 2 days in the mountains and it kept me dry. Also really good in good weather with strong winds.
I bought this to be able to take for travel. Said it packs into its pocket. Neither I nor my husband can get this to work!!!! Very disappointing!!! I have other packable Patagonia items.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review Amy! We are also very sorry to hear that you had issues with stuffing your jacket into its pocket. We would recommend making sure that you are stuffing your jacket into the left handwarmer pocket and slowly stuffing the pocket from the inside to ensure the entire jacket fits.

I will wear this just casually as a normal rain coat, maybe also when hiking when necessary. Just a nice, sustainable, every day raincoat that ticks all my boxes.
I love the jacket, I will just add it would be nice for " full figured" women have a size choice in the great colors. Working on getting in better condition so it will end up being ok.
Omg im legit sitting here in 90 degree NYC weather hoping it rains just so i can rock my new raincoat! I love it. The style is cute, the fit is perfect and the color is this deep blue which is almost purplish a bit and goes w my rain proof purple uggs. So happy customer here for sure!!
Have worn it for 2 rainy hikes out in WA and stayed completely dry. 5'6" 150lbs (muscular build): fits perfectly with room for my better sweater (size M) underneath.
This jacket is lightweight, breathable and easily packable, yet totally waterproof. I love that it doesn't have velcro down the front zipper so it doesn't snag my shirt or a scarf. The hood is great and stays up. I wish I had found this jacket earlier! It's easily the best rain jacket I've ever tried.
I purchased the Torrentshell 3L Rain jacket based on one that I borrowed from a friend. This summer has been quite rainy for the area I live in, so after countless times of being caught in the rain, I decided it was time to invest in a rain jacket. This one did not disappoint! My husband bought me this rain jacket in Evening Mauve for my birthday (77). My daughter advised him on the size, and it is perfect. My arms are a little short so I love the velcro wrist adjustment. I also love the cut of the hood. I can't wait for it to rain!
