Love the wool for warmth, and with an inner liner, there is little to no itching. It is exceptionally lightweight for the warmth, with enough length to cover my ears. The honeycomb styling is subtle yet stylish. Love the gray-green color.
The hat is warm and I like the flannel lining at the brim area on the inside to keep me from itching. The hat didnt come down as far as Id like , could be a result of the knitting as it doesnt stretch down much. I felt like my ears were not as covered as they could be.
I bought this beanie in 3 different colors. Colors were as expected. Fit was good. They keep your head warm with a nice fleece band inside. However, I found myself scratching at my forehead all day while wearing this sightseeing around England. The Wool trim on the inside is very scratchy. Ill keep them because returns are a hassle and I would wear them for short durations around town in California since its not cold here often, but for long day wear youre better off finding a different hat.
This hat is warm and cozy with a cute honeycomb knit pattern and a warm, soft lightweight fleece lining. I love the fit and its a really cute hat. I wish I had gotten it in both colors but the navy blue is lovely.
Its hard to find knit hats that fit properly but this one does. Not too tight or too loose and no itching even after wearing it for a while. Launders well too - just have to wash it delicately. Love it!
The wool is very itchy. The fleese that was sown in is not far eonugh onto the forehead of the hat so you feel the itchy wool. Nice color. I tolerate alot of things so I will keep it.

Im using it on a cruise of Alaska soon with National Geographic. Its been too hot to wear it now, but when I tried it on I knew that it would be warm and soft for a rainy Alaska summer. I knew it was made well and responsibly by Patagonia.
The picture online led me to think this was a slouchy beanie, perfect for casual wear. I've a small head, yet there's not enough fabric for a slouchy look. Instead, it's more a cream conehead, vintage SNL look... not exactly what I was hoping for.... Also, the knit stretches out and after about a week of wear, I need to wash and dry ... Super warm and cozy.
I always get itchy with wool hats. This one is perfect and doesnt itch. Plus I love the dusty rose color!
While this hat is one size fits all, it's comfortable on my average-sized woman's head. I wish the fleece covered the entire inside, I can feel the wind and cool air, and I don't wear this hat below 32 degrees F, and only on mildly windy days.
