Eligibility as a grant recipient:

• All NGOs that received a grant from Patagonia in Fiscal Year 2024 or 2025 (between 1/5/23 and 30/4/25) are eligible to use this toolkit.
• Organizations from FY2024 will have access through at least 31/8/26. Organizations from FY2025 will have access to this toolkit through at least 31/8/27.
• If you belong to an organization that has chapters, we prefer that the Patagonia Action Works toolkit be used by the chapter that applied for and received the grant.
• If your organization has a fiscal sponsor, we intend that the organization who applied for and received the grant, not the fiscal sponsor, should have Patagonia Action Works access.

Eligibility by Invitation

• In some circumstances we may invite organizations who have not received a grant to have access to Patagonia Action Works or to have “extended access” if they are a past grant recipient. 
• Extended access and special invitation organizations have access to this toolkit through at least late August of 2026.
• If you belong to an organization that has chapters, we prefer that the Patagonia Action Works toolkit be used by the chapter that received the invitation for access.
