They are warm, comfortable to wear, lightweight, and incredibly windproof. Full zips help with getting them on without removing gloves or boots and regulate temps. Only issue is, I wish it had a belt to adjust the fit.
nice pants, zips work well.
when I got too hot hiking zipped down the sides and tried to tuck in the front and back but this did not work. it would make them much more versatile if there was an attachment at top of legs. they are warm and work well.
I have had Nano Puff pants for some years now (men's, as there weren't women's when I got them). The thing that drove me crazy about them was the button closure. After fumbling around with gloves on for what seemed like 10 minutes when I finally got cold enough that taking my boots off to get them on seemed worth it, I'd inevita... Read Morebly end up taking my gloves off as it was faster (including warming my hands up in the sub-freezing temperatures). The DAS pants solve that issue on a couple levels: no button, and full length zippers mean no fumbling and no taking boots off. And they are so incredibly windproof! As a photographer, I'm often standing around for hours in pre-dawn, in the middle of night, high winds or full conditions because those conditions make for some of the best photos. I was so impressed with these pants that I ended up getting the parka, too.
Simple and effective. Really warm for how lightweight they are. Ended up getting a medium because the model is wearing a medium in the product info and im the same size as the model. Mediums are pretty snug so size up if you plan on wearing these over your shells.
These pants were exactly what I was looking for IF they fit over my snowboard boots. The rest of the fit was good but would have to leave the bottom of the leg unzipped creating a draft. The description mentioned "Crampon and Ski Boot Compatible." I knew snowboard boots were a gamble but I think the only boots that these pants would fit o... - Also worked well for with waders for fishing.

I was really excited to buy these pants since I saw the announcement in early Spring 2022. Just ordered last week and wore them over ski pants while sitting to stay warm. They are warm, but there is no way to tighten them down around the waist. So when I try walking just a bit, they fall down. I really wish I didn't remove the tags because now...
