Protect the ocean so it can protect us
Our future is tied to the ocean. Its shared seas connect us through food, culture and sport. The home of amazing, abundant life, it’s also a powerful climate solution. Yet the practice of bottom trawling threatens to destroy this precious resource—bulldozing our ocean floor, undermining small-scale fisheries and deepening the climate crisis. Let's end this destructive practice, starting with an immediate ban in marine protected areas and inshore zones.

These pants are so fun. I was a little worried about the fit but think the fabric will soften with time, and after a day of wear they were nicely stretched around my joints. The dark purple color is amazing and so much fun, but not too wild to keep these from being good everyday pants.
I want to love these cords so badly! I previously bought a pair from the worn wear site, and THOSE I LOVE, those I want more of. Heres why. The fit is SO much better. Very comfy!
Love these cords! Very soft and comfortable. I am between sizes so I went for the larger size based on other reviews and am happy I did, I'm not a fan of sausage stuffing my body into clothes haha. A great everyday pant and I can even get away with wearing them to work. The mid/higher rise works well for me.
I love love love these.
On the picture they look like a skinny fit.
I choose two sizes up because I don’t like skinny pants, but I did like the look of these. Normally I’m between 26/27 but I choose a 30 and this is a perfect relaxed fit on me!
Nice stretchy material too👌🏼
i have a pair of cords size 28 from five years ago and the cut was much more relaxed. the cut of these cords are very tight. narrow in hips, thighs and calf. they fit like "skinny jeans" but didn't have any stretch so they just feel tight even though they fit. the corduroy is nice materials and i loved the nest brown color.
Great material, and fit, but higher waistline is a no-go
I have 3 pairs of these from a few years ago and they all fit perfectly and sit on my hips, but do not fall down. Wish the fit were better
I wanted to love these, but the fit is a little off so they aren't super flattering. Too loose in the thighs, but tight in the calves for me (athletic body type, 5ft 7 in, 135 lbs). Maybe I needed to size down, or maybe they'll fit better after washing.

Love corduroy fabric
Love the fabric of these cords! Pant fits are always tricky, but surprisingly these high rise pants fit at the waist and legs. Just wish they were an inch longer!
I love the material of these pants. They are definitely a slim fit as noted on the product description. I am a solid size 6 with a 28.5 inch waist and these are quite snug in the waist but fit nicely around my hips in the size 28. I am 5'8" and the pants skim my ankles. Received these pants as a Christmas gift. I am usually a 29 or 30 but had to go up to a 31 in these. Once I got the correct size I found the pants to be too short. Why such a short inseam on winter pants?
Love the earlier version of these corduroy pants. There was more room in the ankle and thigh and considerably more comfortable. I hope the designers reintroduce a more relaxed fit. Otherwise, the pant has the usual great Patagonia fabric and detail.

Stretchy, comfy, and a cool color
I usually wear size 4 in pants but with the mom jeans style I don't like things tight around my waist so I bought a 27 and its comfortable. I weigh 117 pounds and a little taller than 5 3 I have to cuff them theyre a little long. Really like the pants!
I prefer deeper pockets. The front ones I can barely fit my hand two knuckles in. Also the legs taper to a tighter fit than I like - makes putting on ankle length and longer socks a bit challenging. Its a nice pair of pants but I probably wont purchase again for the above reasons.
I bought these pants for work because I needed pants that would look good with a blazer. They definitely do! And they look good with a sweater and a T-shirt and a tank. Love the color
In love with the color. Doesnt stretch easily so consider larger size if snug fit. Length true to size. These pants can go with so many outfits.
I had a previous version of the women's cords which I love, and this newer version seems to be great too! I bought these in a 29 because I have slim legs based on other reviews, but I still felt it was a little too tight at the top of the VERY high waist. I exchanged for the 30s. Tried and true
I have purchased several pairs of the corduroy jeans from Patagonia. I really like the comfort of corduroy, and the fit is usually great. Not baggy. But, this pair the lower part of the legs are more tight than my other pants. I'd prefer a tad more room, so they don't ride up every time you are seated.
I loved the previous version, like many other people who wrote reviews. The mid-waist was perfect, and so were the pockets and the feel over time. Skinny Jeans - but Cords
These are definitely good quality fashion corduroy, which is what I was looking for. I (5'8", 135-140lbs, cis-f) bought both a size 28 and 29. I usually wear a size 6 (some brands a 4), which maps to the size 28, but so many reviews said these run small so I figured I should get both. When I first put them on the size 28 seemed too tight/... Read Moresmall and I thought the size 29 fit better. But as I wore the size 29 for a day or two, they stretched out a ton and felt a little too big on me - like most size 8's feel. I gave the size 28 another try, feeling super uncomfortable for the first day, but then after a day straight of wearing them they fit like any other skinny jean/pant (fitted but comfy). I think corduroy is particularly stiff, so you have to break them in a bit.
A very long winded way to say that these run true to size - but you need to give them a few hours for the corduroy material to break in. Otherwise they're super comfortable and look great! I think now I'm going to return the size 29 as they're a little too loose looking in the knees and behind. But if you're actually looking for more outdoors workwear, then a size up might work better for you, for even more maneuverability.

very comfortable
First of all like all my many Patagonia products the workmanship is fabulous . The only problem I have with the very comfortable cords is that they are quite bulky in the butt and upper leg. Since a lot of your customers are athletic it might be a good idea to have a regular and slim fit.
Love these pants. A little weird fitting at first if you are a bit curvier in your legs than your actual measured waist. Fit snug on my legs and just right on my waist for the first couple of wears. I like these pants. I think high-rise pants are the best for being comfortable and flattering. There could be some fine-tuning to this cut though. The other reviews made me nervous that these would have odd proportions. But no. These are skinny jeans made out of corduroy. These fit like mid-high rise skinny jeans and look like corduroy pants. They're exactly what I was hoping for.
These cords used to be my favorite fit of any pants or jeans I owned when the rise was lower. They fit me like a glove! Now they hit way too high and are both uncomfortable and unflattering on me. Pretty please consider changing them back to the original rise?

legs too tight
I purchased these in size 31, gave me a lot of gapping and they went up too high, would fall down during the day all bunched up. then tried a 30, the legs were so snug I could barely get my feet in them, and were so tight on my calves, that they sort of twisted when you walk.
A great everyday / work pant! They are not super high rise, but just right at the belly button. The front pockets are so small, which is disappointing! Would love to have these with an inch higher rise at the waist and deeper pockets! Colors are pretty true and size true, I ordered ink black and topsoil brown.
I've been looking for a comfortable, well-fitting cord for some time--these pants fit the bill. I bought two pairs and am very happy with them--fitted, but not tight.
These cords are pretty sweet. Definitely a little high waisted, but that doesn't really both me, and they fit well. I am a dependable Patagonia 6 in pants and the 28 fit perfect. I like the skinny legs- I have athletic legs and they aren't too tight; well-proportioned for the active lass.
The new cords are to short and it is impossible to push your foot through the leg opening.
The material is not of the quality I am accustomed to in Patagonia cords. The thigh portions are large; giving a wearer 'thunder thighs'
Wish Patagonia would still produce quality products.
