Hi Lisa, we're very sorry to hear about the trouble with shedding. Washing can help to mitigate this issue. We recommend laundering your fleece in cold water with a mild detergent, then machine drying on a low heat setting, or line drying.

Hi Fran, thank you for submitting this review. Some pilling with some garments can be inevitable, as it is the nature of those fibers. To help prevent further pilling we recommend washing your pullover either by hand in cool to cold water, or separately in your washing machine on the gentle cycle. It's best to lay it flat to dry rather than using the dryer. To remove pilling that has already occurred we recommend using a product like a fabric shaver, which is gentler on fabric than a sweater stone. Please let us know if we can be of any help!

To prevent pilling, we recommend washing it either by hand in cool to cold water, or separately in your washing machine on the gentle cycle. It's best to lay it flat to dry rather than place it in the dryer where the fabric can easily get abraded.
