Protect the ocean so it can protect us
Our future is tied to the ocean. Its shared seas connect us through food, culture and sport. The home of amazing, abundant life, it’s also a powerful climate solution. Yet the practice of bottom trawling threatens to destroy this precious resource—bulldozing our ocean floor, undermining small-scale fisheries and deepening the climate crisis. Let's end this destructive practice, starting with an immediate ban in marine protected areas and inshore zones.

Best pants ever
I now have 5 pairs of these Caliza and they are so comfortable for all kinds of activities. I always get compliments when I wear them. I love the flexibility of the fabric and the snap adjustability. I think they would be perfect if they were 1 inch longer, but I still think they are the greatest as is. I wear them for work, yoga, walking, casual e... Read Morevents. Pretty much every day ! Stay away if you're tall
I love the waistband, I have a huge hip to waist difference which makes climbing pants really difficult. However they are waaaaay too short, they ride up the calf while climbing and get stuck there. I'm 175cm, would not recommend for anyone above 170. They make a short version and no tall version, but this barley fit average height women. Al... Really flexible and comfy
I had to return my original purchase of a size 6 for a size 8 because they run a bit small, but I should have known better since I'm an hourglass trying to buy Patagonia. Would be perfect with some tweaks
I am with the reviewer Amanda below. These are super comfortable, durable , and stretchy and the wide elastic waist is such a great idea. However to get the waist to fit I had to size right down so the legs fit a bit too closely The pockets are useless. These are great pants, but they are short. Please make a tall option! Also I no longer see the pretty green/blue color that I have. Please bring back/ expand the color options. Its so hard to find good climbing pants for women, and these are oh so close to perfect.

Hello Cada, thank you for your review. We'll share your thoughts on the inseam length with our product team. We typically switch colors out seasonally, so we recommend checking back! My favorite pants for climbing, just too short!
Pants are well-named as these hold up great on sharp limestone! I am in love with these pants and they fit like they are made for me except they are a couple inches too short and when Im in a harness they land at about mid calf! Id be first in line for a tall version of the Caliza pants!
Perfect, could use a tall option
I am a hiker and bicycle rider and these pants fit those activities perfectly. Just the right amount of stretch and slim fitting. I love the Henna color and the waistband, it could be a tad wider. Nice pants, useless pockets
Not sure why the team would choose to design such a nice technical pant with such useless pockets. If you look at other men's pants like the venga, the pockets aren't as slanted and could feasibly be used to hold objects, not these!

I originally bought a pair for climbing...but it then quickly turned out that I live in these pants. I just wear them all the time as they are so super comfy. I love these pants so much (bought a second pair and am considering a third). They are super comfortable (don't ride up or down), and the material is great and seems to be very durable. I love these trousers. These have to be the most comfortable trousers I have ever worn. I now have 3 pairs in different colours. I wear them everywhere. The cut, stretchiness and waistband design make these ideal for leisurely bike rides, yoga/stretching, lounging around, walking etc.
Would give 5 stars if they made a longer version!
My only complaint is that the size 2 feels too short and the size 4 didn't fit in the waist. I also love the contour of the side pockets, but they are insecure and of limited use, maybe a zip closure and make them a bit deeper? (Maybe a Chambeau zip, with ... Read Morethe placement and contour of the Caliza.) I was nervous about this waist band and no draw string, but it works and is comfortable with a harness. Will see how the stretch holds up over time. I tend to prefer neutral colors and my choices were black and dolomite. I would have gone dolomite but thought the busy waistband was a bit extra. I chose black and like them, dressy enough for work too! However, chalk and lint really cling to them (as one might expect) so you have to be willing to embrace that.
Finally pants that fit my thighs!
I bought these to have a pair of flexible and light pants to chase and play with my kids in the park, climb on the slide and sturdy enough for the outdoor rough playing. These are very soft and flexible, lightweight and with enough room to move, they look nice on me. For reference I have wide hips and thick thighs.
Comfy and looks nice
I love these trousers! I specifically got them for indoor and outdoor rock climbing, but i tend to wear them more often. The are stretchy and unobstructive when it comes to movement. I was unsure about the red colour, but it's actually very pretty - more of a pink-red, than blue-red. Highly recommended!
Best pants I've ever owned
These pants are wonderful!! I'm in between sizes 12 and 10, and decided to order the 10, since I am quickly losing volume. It was absolutely the right choice. My waist is relatively small (around 77 cm) compared to my hips (around 105 cm), and I have thick legs, specially the thighs, and because of that I was worried that a size 10 might not f... Read Moreit. Ultimately I went with it, and I'm so happy. I tried them on, and immediately decided to go climbing in them. After moving a bit, the fabric stretched from a slim to a regular fit. The pants are very flattering and comfortable. The fabric also feels sturdy and durable, which is always a plus. My thighs, calves and hips fit perfectly, and the elastic waist band hugs my waist without crushing it, nor does it float around my tummy (which is usually the case with climbing pants that fit my hips and thighs). The inseam is perfect for us short women. Even though there's a bit of extra fabric around the ankle, it's not a massive pool of fabric that hangs around there. This might mean that taller women end up with cropped pants though. For reference, I'm 153 cm. It may be worth to keep in mind that women with a longer rise might not be able to wear the pants around their natural waist. If you're short and have a curvy body, I totally recommend these pants. I love them so much, I'll definitely buy them in more colours.
My favorite pants
These are my absolute favorite pants. They're the only pair of Patagonia pants that fits me properly and I own 2 pairs in black and 1 in blue so I can wear them all week. I don't love the waistband on the blue ones because I tend to tuck shirts in and it becomes the focal point, but that's okay! They sit right above my ankle and I lo... Perfect for climbing!
Got these recently. Mainly use for hiking and climbing. I absolutely love them! They move so well, don't get in the way when I am climbing, and are super comfortable with a harness on. Awesome pants but run short as usual
These pants are almost perfect. The yoga waistband is so comfy but beware it is slightly small for a size 6. y'all, pants never fit me. ever. i am not a climber but these looked nice enough that i could wear them to work and i could pretend they were nice pants and no one would notice. let me tell you. they look amazing but more importantly, they actually fit me. they are the only pants that fit my body type. for reference, i have a big bum, big thig... These pants are fantastic. They are higher waisted with a stretchy waist to fit comfortably under a harness. Thank you for your review on our Caliza Rock Pants. We're sorry to hear that these didn't end up working out for you. We're working on offering more extended sizing, including tall options, but it will take some time for us to nail it and present it to the public. In the meantime, we'd recommend checking out the [Women's Chambeau Rock Pants](https://www.patagonia.com/product/womens-chambeau-rock-pants/82935.html?dwvar_82935_color=CMPG&cgid=root). Love these. Soft, comfortable, not too thin to wear outside like some of my Prana, but not too bulky and oversized like my E9s. These pants are very comfortable, cut really well and look good. The material is light but feels strong, and the design is really well thought-out. These are going to get a lot of wear! I love these pants! The fit is awesome - they're comfy, loose, and have the perfect amount of stretch but look fitted and great. Great for Summer Farmers!
I am a vegetable farmer and as someone who is working outside in the summer, pants are a huge challenge. Shorts would be great, but when I'm kneeling in soil all day, pants are a must. If these pants can easily handle a year of farming, they're sure to stand up to whatever activities you have planned for them! I highly recommend these for year round wear, but I have particularly have enjoyed having a lighter weight, but sturdy pant to wear for farm work in the Summer.
I bought these for climbing since I usually climb in shorts and my legs get all scraped up, but I was skeptical because I'm generally not a "pants" person unless it's really cold. The Caliza Rock Pant is incredibly comfortable and yet durable at the same time. Will probably get another pair again soon! Thanks for keeping a great product around!
I wear these pants for outdoor rock climbing. They are comfortable, stretchy, flattering and tough. They also fit me perfectly. Favorite climbing pants ever!
I am ridiculously enthusiastic about these pants.
