Protect the ocean so it can protect us
Our future is tied to the ocean. Its shared seas connect us through food, culture and sport. The home of amazing, abundant life, it’s also a powerful climate solution. Yet the practice of bottom trawling threatens to destroy this precious resource—bulldozing our ocean floor, undermining small-scale fisheries and deepening the climate crisis. Let's end this destructive practice, starting with an immediate ban in marine protected areas and inshore zones.

Great fun print on the bandana!! I’ve gotten lots of compliments and close looks and questions about it every time I have worn it- which has been almost every day since I got it!!
I only gave four stars because of the quality.. it’s a beautiful soft cotton, but it is pretty thin. It looks as though it could snag and tear easily with more active us... Read Moree, which was a bit of a disappointment as I am used to all of my Patagonia items being very durable and long lasting. Also the print is fantastic on the front, but does not go through to the back very much, which was a small disappointment too. I’m used to Patagonia items being of all around use and of great quality.. this one is more of a city item than a hiking/biking/trips down the creek item. BUT.. it is so fabulous and funny and weird that I still love it to death, and have accepted it as a fabulous fashion wardrobe addition instead!!!
I would still recommend it for this use.
The bandanas in their description should inform the customer whether the print is on both sides or only on one.
I have a Patagonia bandana that is printed on both sides and I have another that is only printed on one side, if I had known that the print was only on one side I would not have bought it.
I think I have acquired just about every pattern of this bandana. At first, I was not sure if I would use it that much, but I find myself wearing it almost every day. For a hike, walk, or even bike ride, I use it either as a headband or neck scarf to keep the sun off my neck and chest and/or protect from the wind and cold. If I need to quickly elev... Read Moreate a casual look, I tie it around my neck, and it pulls the outfit together. The fabric is thin but breathable and holds together after being rolled. I think it is perfect.
It's a bandana, so no frills there. The material is soft and the size is nice for around the head or neck. I mainly use it as hanky, so it's soft enough to wipe my nose with when it's dripping.
This item brought back memories when in the 70s for a short time, I worked at GPIW sewing up prototypes with a buddy of mine Debbie. I had to have it. Still adore sewing but went into nursing lol!
I wear bandanas on every run, hike, or outdoor adventure I go on. I even wear one while climbing. I have used a variety of bandanas, from gas-station ones to other fancy, brand ones. The Patagonia bandana is my new favorite. It is light, ties a good knot, and looks great. It dries super fast, keeps my neck free of sunburn, and is soft on the skin. ... This is the right size for a daily handkerchief for all uses including sports. It's light in weight to carry easily. It washes well and after washing wrinkles fall out easily; no need to iron. And best of all, it is organic.
This is a great sized bandana made with really nice organic cotton that becomes incredibly soft after one washing (or even a rinse). It's large enough to tie my hair back with, soft enough to clean goggles and glasses with, and lightweight enough to stuff into a pocket or purse.
It is an interesting assignment to review a bandana. Great fit? Absolutely. Warm and cozy? That too. So why did I choose this bandana? Two reasons. Incredibly cool graphics that reflect the origins of Patagonia and because it reminds me of badass Yvon Chouinard. I like that!
This product is not a garment - it is a bandana handkerchief
Bought the dark blue iron ore works bandana for my grandson and he loves it. The print is a nice change from the red or navy paisley pattern.
He can just throw it in his duffle bag for camping trips and has multiple uses for anything from headband to dinner napkin. His Mom has a hard
time getting it from him so she can wash it.

Love the red colored bandana
This is my second Patagonia bandana and I love them both. I love the bandana in red. While it is a bright red, it isn't an "offensive bright red" maybe because the bandana is very thin, almost see through. Besides the fantastic look, it also serves its purpose. Well done!
I enjoy all of my Patagonia bandanas and am wearing one right now. They are large enough, have interesting color combinations and when tied around the neck protect against sun and wind.
This is the best bandana I have found. The prints are great. The weight is perfect. I live in the south and anything heavier is just too hot. Only requests: more colors; tag control. I dont mind the tags, just rip them off. But if they were printed a bit smaller and on a softer fabric I wouldnt need to remove them. The price is awesome. Such a deal... Read More!
I live in NYC so we need to wear face coverings in public & running with a full mask is really difficult - bandana is perfect for pulling up and down while running if I pass another person. Wish the other colors were in stock so I could buy more! Really great soft material.
Bought two of these to wear as a "mask" during the pandemic. They are slightly larger than my other bandanas which makes them easier to tie and stay on. I've had quite a few people ask me about them.
I have a handful of Patagonia bandanas that I've purchased over the years, always beautiful designs with durable organic cotton that hold their color and continue to get softer over time.
I bought two of these wanting to always have one for fishing and the other for casual wear. I really like the color and graphics. My only desire would be for a larger size. The quality is good and I know that it will last me for many years. It will be a welcome addition to my wardrobe. I have had them for enough time to have used them and wash them... Read More several times each. No problems with either. Happy with my purchase thank you .
The material is very soft and keeps its shape well, and the print is crisp with no durability issues. Most years there is one pattern I really like, and this year it's the gator. More animal themed designs please!
This is everything I wanted. I wanted a bandana that I could wear day to day as well as I hike. I wanted it as an accessory and I am very please with the quality and the feel of the bandana. Overall a great product that sends a great message!
The bandana is ruined by several bright white, stiff synthetic tags (bearing origin info, fabric content, item ID, etc.) that the manufacturer has sewn into the hem, leaving the wearer with three unsatisfactory choices: keep the ugly, scratchy tags; amputate them and deal with the contrasting white stubs that remain; or undo the hem stitching in or... Read Moreder to completely detach the tags — thereby also ruining the integrity of the piece. Disappointing. Loved the video, however.
We are sorry to hear about the disappointment with those tags. The tags that are included on all product are care and content labels that we legally have to put on every product. We did make it so you could tear away the tag without compromising the quality, but we understand your frustration with having that residue from the tag remaining. Thanks for the feedback and please feel free to [send](https://www.patagonia.com/returns.html#searchterm=return) the bandana back to us.

Lovely pattern, cloth just OK
Cool design but the fabric is not as soft as I’d hoped for.
I bought the bandana in the new navy color and love the design. The fabric is soft and larger than the bandana I had before. I can easily tie it around my head (which is relatively large) or neck.
Love mustard yellow and the cute floral design is perfect. I wear it mostly as a headband for a cute up-do/casual look with a ponytail or with my hair down. It’s a nice twist to the usual bandana pattern.
I use the bandana as a handkerchief and it stays in my pocket until it gets dirty. Then, it goes to the wash. After the wash, back to my pocket!
I like the size of the bandana and the material feels great!
This is a sweet little classic bandanna with a feminine touch. The fabric is soft yet doesn’t seem as if it will be easily ripped. Looking forward to using this for years to come.
Love the parrot print on this bandana. To be honest I definitely did not need another bandana but this was too beautiful to pass up. Stuck it in my hydration pack and ended up using it on my next long run, wetting it in streams and tying it around my neck. Because it's cotton it actually stays wet unlike all my other "wicking" fabric... Read Mores.
This serves as a great multi-purpose bandanna. You can use it as a scarf, headband, sling, etc.... Durable cotton and soft. Not sure why some reviewers are saying the tags are annoying, since you can easily take them off the bandanna with one smooth motion.
These are nice bandanas. Softer than the typical ones you get, and the designs are pretty cool. I wear these running as sweatbands, and from what I can tell they absorb sweat more than my other typical headbands, like when I take it off it seems pretty sweaty. I think the colors are pretty true to what they show here on the site, but hey, what do I... Read More know, I'm colorblind.
It's a nice bandana, but the material is much thinner and not as soft as I thought it would be. Also the colors are blue and cream, not blue and white, like it looks on the website.
I have had many different bandanas - including some from Carhartt - I’m always looking for ones that dont feel like sandpaper - i ordered a few blue ones when they first hit the website- they are pretty soft compared to any other ones that i have - I tore the tags off before I washed them and am really enjoying them - gonna get me some red ones now... I'm a bandana guy. I have a bunch of 'em.
So when Patagonia did their bandana, I bought two. Doing so supports their mission, now I have two Patagonia's.
The bandana has two giant tags on them. Which tells me, their bandana wasn't designed by anyone who uses a bandana. Because tags on a bandana...don't belong. They get in... What Patagonia could have done, was to add a stitched in logo - that would have been a great touch and made their bandana super cool. Instead, they attach two giant tags that I immediately cut off and in doing so, risked ripping the bandana.
So it's an average bandana. Could have been really great, but oh well.
I've had a lot of Patagonia gear. Sometimes I get stuff from them and it's really clear the designer had no clue. This is one of them.
Oh well. They're still a great company.
Peace and love,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our Bandana and sorry to hear you were disappointed to see a tag on them. We know it's a bummer but the good news is they're tear away tags made for easy removal that won't damage the fabric.
