Patagonia New Haven is open—and we’re following CDC recommendations to provide you with a safe shopping experience. Things still don’t look like they used to, but here’s how you can safely visit us at the store.
Limited In-Store Shopping:
We are now welcoming walk-in customers at a limited capacity. During busier times, we will add you to our first-come, first-served waitlist to safeguard everyone’s experience inside the store. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. We appreciate it!
Curbside Pickup:
Shop online from the comfort of home, select Curbside Pickup, and then swing by the store for a fast, simple, and safe shopping experience. Most orders are ready within two business hours. For more information on Curbside Pickup, please view our FAQ page.
Shop by Appointment:
If you want the in-store experience without the possibility of waiting in line, we recommend booking an appointment. Appointments are limited to certain hours and days of the week.
Our Covid Protocols
- We are limiting the number of people who can be in the store at one time. - Employees and customers must remain 6 feet apart and adhere to floor markings while waiting in line. - We are cleaning the store often, especially fitting rooms and other high-touch surfaces. - Everyone over the age of 2 must wear a CDC-approved face covering in-store at all times. Please speak with an employee about delivery and pickup options if you cannot wear a mask for health reasons. - Hand sanitizer is available for employees and customers alike. - Returns and try-ons are quarantined for 24 hours. Apologies if something is in stock and not immediately available. - No hugging or high fives. Smiles, peace signs and words of encouragement are most welcome. - If you are not feeling well, please visit us another time or shop online.

Located between Yale Law School and University Theater, our store carries a great line of high quality clothing and gear designed for outdoor sports and travel. Drop in to have a look, meet our well-versed staff and attend a store event.
