Proteggiamo l'oceano perché possa proteggere noi

Hi! A quick note on the men's Hampi pant: I freaking love them. Wore them every day this summer - farming, dading, traveling, running- and they were cooler (temp) than any of my shorts. Swam in them and they'd dry quicker than swim trunks. Tough and thin and natural (mostly) fabric. YES!
My one request: Could you make a men's versi... Read Moreon with belt loops? and more colors?
I've been looking for a somewhat tough, breathable, mostly natural summer pant for years. Linen wrinkles too easily and wears out too fast. These hemp pants have almost identical breathability, increased toughness, and the right amount of stretch. I will be getting another pair. They transition seamlessly from home to the rock gym to the coffe... Read Moree shop. I cant recommend them enough.
The one thing I wish Patagonia did differently would be to allow the waist cord to go all the way through the elastic on the back of the pant. A more solid synch would be great for days when you have keys, wallet, and phone in your pockets that pull on the elastic. I would also imagine the elastic will loosen as you wear them. I may end up sewing a cord through myself.
I ordered these for traveling and they were perfect for air travel and in hot humid weather. The fabric breathes well and they are loose enough to be comfortable and not restrict movement. My only issue is that I wish the drawstring had a better way to adjust other than just tying a knot.
Really like the lightweight and minimalist feel of these pants. I do wish there was a cinch or something on the cuffs to keep them out of the way when climbing.
Really comfortable and just what I wanted. Breathable, light, and baggy on the ankles. I recommend these pants more for bouldering since it folds up quite a bit when you try to use them with a harness!
Hi Dan! Thank you for taking the time to write us a review on the Hampi Rock Climbing Pants. We're sorry to hear about the disappointment with the fit. Please note, your satisfaction is always guaranteed so you're welcome to [return](https://www.patagonia.com/returns.html).
I basically don't take these pants off. Actually I have two pairs and I just rotate between them. I bought them for a trip to the Kalahari because they are lightweight and durable; turns out you can wear them all winter and in town as well. They are stylish enough to pass as pants for work or dinner (context dependent, obviously - they wouldn&... Read More#x27;t really go with a suit jacket) but still comfortable enough to wear as pajamas, and durable enough to use for hiking in thorny terrain or as your yoga gear. What more could you want? I can walk through the brush, sit round the campfire in a deep squat, or get into full humble warrior pose without any risk of tearing or even noticeable wear. I've been wearing these almost non-stop for 6 months now in all kinds of conditions, and they still look pretty much like new.
I bought these pants for climbing, I really like them. They're simple and pretty darn comfortable. The material is pretty thin and breathable so you won't overheat, but they can also handle the abrasions of climbing. Super flexible too, with heel hooks at chest height it doesn't feel like you're fighting the pants. I'm usua... Read Morelly a 31 but went with 30 because of the elastic and drawstring at the waist, worked out for me. Also the front pockets are pretty deep for your possessions.
These pants are okay. I really liked the previous generations pattern, with the gusseted knees, belt, and zippered fly. They were functional and interesting! These kind of seem like glorified sweatpants which is fine, but you can find these style pants anywhere.
These pants look so much more dressy than they are. They feel great, very comfy, fit well, and the material seems durable. My only complaint (minor at that) is that it has a fake fly stitched on.
Best pants I've purchased in years! Love the fit. If you're looking for a relaxed fit, these are a great option. I'm in recovery from a decade of wearing fitted pants, and these are just what I needed. Went from skinny and fitted, athleisure pants, but I've now landed here. They are a perfect part of my pants mix. I want to wear... Read More joggers, athleisure brand pants on occasion to dress it up, and these pants, that's my whole wardrobe. Super light. Great with skate shoes, slips, or other casual shoes. Love 'em! Highly recommend!"
I like these pants for their versatility. They are stretchy enough to bend and stretch in, forgiving enough in the waist with the bit of elastic, and can be used in situations where you might want to be dressier than jeans. So a good pair of pants for a trip where you want to pack light and have your pants be able to work for you in lots of situati... Read Moreons. Love the hemp blend. Just a good fiber. Strong, breathable, dries pretty fast. Good pants.
Big fan of the pairs I bought in 2020, new version has problems: wallet, money clip and room key for hotel (use these a lot while travelling) all slid out of the pockets at one time or another while seated.
This pant is a milestone and should live long in the Patagonia products. Utterly confortable for yoga and climbing, but also totally smart to wear casually in any kind of context. And it feels hardy as well, so I expect it to last!
My size is 170, weight 64 kg, I use a size 30 and would recommend people my size to select the short version.
The new design stinks. Bring back the original design and style. Wouldn't buy these again, wish they had the old style and wish I had bought more of those, they were the perfect pant.

Huge Improvements!
I had a pair of these from a couple of years ago and liked them but the improvements on the current design make these fantastic! The integrated belt/string that never seemed to stay tight was ditched and replaced with drawstrings and some elastic on the waistband. I rarely need to use the drawstrings because the fit is spot on, but having them as a... Read Moren option instead of the integrated belt made me buy two pairs of these. Honestly I dont think these would hold up for technical pants and I use them primarily as lounge pants around the house or for running errands, but they are incredibly comfortable. Im 6ft and the length is maybe a tiny bit longer than what Id ideally want but that is nitpicking. 100% would recommend.
Really dig the updates on these. My first impression was they kinda look like medical scrubs, and that's not a bad thing. Material is thicker and more durable, but it doesn't feel restrictive when climbing.
