When you log in to Patagonia Action Works for the first time, you’ll be taken through a four step process to set up your profile. Personalizing your profile is a great way for customers to learn more about your organization.

This is your profile that will be exposed to the public

1. You’ll be able to personalize your profile with a custom logo and banner.

2. Basic information about your organization will be visible. Viewers can donate to your organization or contact you directly.

3. Once you post content, it will appear across the site and on your profile.

1. You can see your Cybergrants information pulled in. Review the information to ensure it’s up-to-date.

• Your organization’s default login username and temporary password are in your invitation email sent from europe.actionworks@patagonia.com.
• You can change the login username to anyone within your organization.
• Please share this resource guide with your organization, but not with other nonprofits.
