just dont bother buying anything else
tricky shirt to repair, but doable. totally worth the comfort and versatility. perfect travel, workout, running, biking, climbing, surfing, swingdancing, roadtrip, jump in a river, litterally anything shirt... yeah... its like the baggies. just the best.
These shirts were perfect 10 years ago, when they were called capilene silkweight, but Patagonia managed to make them even more perfect. Incredibly comfortable along a wide range of temperatures, and non-stink. The first shirt every day.
I like a loosefitting T shirt and these never seem to wrinkle and keep me cool and feel super comfortable on the skin. Have been in Costa Rica for three months and I can tell you these t s not only wick the moisture well but they seem to self deodorize somewhat! The uv rating I think is passable. I am a big fan! PS bring back your hybrid 21inch car... Read Morego shorts as the pouch pockets were great for storing I phone and wallet being very easily accessed even while sitting down! Zipped security is great plus while traveling. Either carry sizing on the inch and have two strong elasticized stretches one over each hip coupled with the string pull may eliminate the need for a belt totally. Damn I miss those shorts sooo much I bought two used pairs and I never buy any clothes used! Bring them back please with a few more earth tones.
Bought this to wear to the beach or while kayaking. It feels cool and breathes well, but I think Ill stick with my hooded shirt for the kayak, because of the sun protection afforded by the hood. Anyway, for other hot humid sunny outings, this should have me covered.
This is the second long sleeve Capilene I buy this year. They are very comfortable, light, cool and perfect for hiking and/or climbing. Additionally, unlike some Patagonia items, this one does not look like a "box". It is slim and makes you look cool. Great product Patagonia, we love you!!
This is a great long sleeve shirt for hiking or climbing. Comfortable, soft and breathable. It also has a nice look which is something I believe Patagonia sometimes lacks. You dont get the feeling you are in a "box" as it has a nice line and design.
This is a super comfortable shirt. I could run in this if I wore shirts when I ran, instead I use it as casual wear. Nice and thin. The only thing I am not crazy about are those ridiculously long tags Patagonia is putting in their clothes now, lol.
Capilene cool is great stuff. I have several tees and a couple long sleeve. Perfect winter shirt under a sweatshirt for cold weather. Breathes fantastic. Never sticky or clammy. Great stuff.
These shirts are so light, soft, and comfortable and fit perfectly. Some of the tags are pretty big and uncomfortable so i cut them with scissors. Otherwise, the weight is perfect. Many startups and existing companies have tried to imitate the Capilene with little success. I know, because I've tried some of them. We try and buy them on sale because they are expensive...but still...The best shirt ever.

I'm Greg and I have a Capilene addiction. I own about 10 of these shirts. They are perfect for any outdoor activity. I teach sailing in Maine in the summer and wear one everyday. Ever have a garment you find yourself wearing over all others, this will be that one. The fit and feel unbelievable. Its available in a variety of colors with different logos. With anti odor technology its perfect for multi day outings.

Bought this asa Christmas gift for my grandson. It looks very nice and I think he will be pleased with it. He wears a lot of our clothes so thought I can’t go wrong.

Fits great, and performs well both indoors and outside. I have worn this as a single layer when trail running in 35° and then again the same day at the climbing gym. This piece is highly functional and I highly recommend.
I love this shirt. I wore a few over a 5-day backpacking trip and this shirt noticeably outperformed the others in keeping me cool, drying quickly, and was easily the most comfortable. One of the first things I did when I got home was ordered 3 more. When it was most important to me, this shirt showed its true value and performance capability.
Dr I wear LS tees for casual wear and then turn them into work tees. They are the best well worth the extra $ due to quality. Thick, the necks dont breat down neither do the cuffs they stay snug wash after wash (cold water) The colors are bright!

A bit too large for my style - it fits, but I tend to wear my tee shirts slightly smaller / tighter than this.
The fabric of one of the shirts is very different than regular cotton, came as a surprise - I did not spot that from the sales process through the web. Glad I like it :)
This shirt is a staple for my fall, winter and spring outdoor activities, as well as for my post workout beers at the local brewery! It's super comfortable and does a great job at wicking sweat.

Very Light, true to size (I think). I'm 5:11 and approximately 15 st and purchased an XL, I am really happy with the material and the feel, I will certainly be ordering more in due course.
Great layer, versatile and good looking. Does what it is supposed to and feels great doing it. Neck is a little wide, but other than that it's a great fit.
The fit was just right. The fabric feels really good on the skin. I usually wear it as a second layer and it worked very well for moderate temperatures. I have yet to try it in cooler weather and see if retains some warmth and if it does, then it will turn out to be an incredible buy
The shirt is very light and comfortable. Great quality and lot of design to choose from. Bought it just in time before the weather is getting colder. My first Capilene shirt and would not be the last.

I always wear long sleeves even on hot days. This is a cool lightweight option that's comfortable. However since I'm trying to avoid sun I would like to see a UPF rating.

I have learned that silk weight or a thin weight in a long sleeve shirt serves me well with not over heating and feeling comfortable. I got this, in about 15 different designs. These are the most comfortable shirt on planet earth. They shrink a bit after first few washes, so consider sizing up

I've got half a dozen cool daily graphic LS tees shirts, I love them, wear them pretty much everyday on or off the hill. So comfy, fit well, don't smell if out for days. My only gripes being why isn't there a hooded version and more bright colours/pastels please,

I just bought two of these shirts and I absolutely love them. They are super light weight and extremely soft. I wore them out on the boat to keep the sun off even when it was quite warm outside and I never got over heated. New favorite shirts.

Top quality - but too long and wide around hip/waist for sports
Die "Responsibili-T" Produkte lassen qualitativ zu wünschen übrig. Die Farben sind nie das, was online dargestellt ist - sie sind allesamt verwaschen... ...und zwar so, als wären die Produkte zusammen mit einer neuen Blue-Jeans gewaschen worden. Geld ist somit blau-verwaschenes Gelb, Weiß ist blau-grau verwaschenes, sehr sehr helles Grau;... Read More zudem sind diese Shorts EXTREM HEISS - man schwitzt sehr schnell in ihnen und die Hitze scheint sich zu stauen. Dies sind - absurderweise - also keine sommertauglichen T-Shirts, sondern eher etwas für Herbst und Frühjahr.
Ausserdem sind sie bei Größe L zwar passend in den Schultern, jedoch viel zu lang, was sie für viele (Berg-)Sportarten unpraktisch macht; v.a. weil sie bei dem halbsynthetischen Materialmix nicht mehr einlaufen in der Länge wie übliche Baumwolle-T-shirts
Die Capilene T-Shirts hingegen sind TOP - sowohl in der Verarbeitung, Farbe, Komfort. Auch hier leider etwas zu lang. Perfekt in der Schulter. Ich bin 185cm bei 77kg und Kletterer/Bergsportler. Überschüssige Länge und Weite im Bereich Taille/Hüfte ist immer hinderlich. M ist mir in der Schulter viel zu schmal, von der Länge jedoch "besser".
Ihre Größen sind generell relativ schmal in der Schulter und zu lang im Rücken.
Excellent shirt. Lovely soft material and as comfy as anything I’ve worn when it’s very hot. Good fairly relaxed fit. Star deducted because the odour treatment probably does make it less stinky, but if you wear it days on end you will cause offence.

Das Shirt ist schick genug für die Arbeit und dabei lässig für die Freizeit. Sehr angenehm bei heißen Temperaturen als Schutz und etwas weiter geschnitten was sehr angenehm ist.
Excellent fit and feel to this garment, should have bought 2. I use it for a variety of uses from yoga to gardening in Bulgaria where I live and I know it will last [I've had a short sleeve top which is 30 years old]. Fabulous stuff highly recommended it.
I needed to replace an older silkweight long sleeve shirt, and needed something for sun coverage on the water and cool weather biking. The fit is good. I am between a small and medium. These capilene shirts long sleeved shirts from Patagonia are the best. The product provides excellent UV protection, wicks away moisture and keeps me cool in the hottest conditions. I have found that these shirts are durable, comfortable and good looking. What more can I say, I am a huge fan.
Absolutely love these shirts ! First love the looks(graphics and colors are great!) and fit. They are a bit on the thinner side, which I honestly prefer. Keeps me cooler during the summer and is nice in cooler weather ! What can I say, Patagonia never fails!

The Capilene Daily suite of shirts is perfect for daily use and for hanging out in the sun. Very breathable and easy to care for. Shirts keep their shape very well.

These long sleeve cool daily shirts are awesome. Tough to destroy , comfortable , breathable , UPf ..all the things a guide or tropical angler should be looking for in a shirt.
It is perfect for casual or active wear. It keeps you cool and breathes very well. Also I really like that the shirt barely shows sweat. It's a great product.
This shirt is super comfortable. Material is nice and light and keeps you cool. The fit is maybe a tad on the loose side. I am pretty broad chested and weigh 190 and like the way the large fits on me.
This is my go-to shirt when I want to be cool and comfortable. The fabric is very breathable, so it keeps me dry even on warm weather hikes. Also makes a great shirt for fishing or just casual wear.
The shirt is great for every day indoor use or outdoor use in the sun. The material wicks sweat away from your body and usually does not hold much odor. If you stain it wash it right away or the stain may become difficult to remove.
