Made of a soft organic cotton/Tencel® lyocell blend with a smooth drape, this henley-style dress has elbow-length sleeves and contouring at the waist.

Named after a lovely and secluded Phuket beach, the Kamala Henley Dress is made of an organic cotton/Tencel® lyocell blend (55%/45%) that behaves like a technical fabric but has a smooth, aesthetic drape. Practical three-quarter-length sleeves convert to half-sleeves with a tab and snap. Two pleated breast pockets have snap and tape closures; the easy snapped placket has pretty taping detail. Gentle contouring at the waist creates shape without binding. Above-the-knee length provides mobility and can be layered over leggings or jeans.
  • Soft-handed organic cotton/Tencel® lyocell jersey-knit blend with smooth drape
  • Snapped placket with taping detail
  • Two pleated pockets with snap and tape closures
  • Three-quarter-length sleeves roll up to half-inch-length sleeve and secure with a tab and snap

Organic Cotton

In 1996, with an increased awareness of the dangers of pesticide use and synthetic fertilizers in growing conventional cotton, we began the exclusive use of organically grown cotton in all of our cotton products.

The quality of organic cotton is equal to or better than conventionally grown cotton, yet organically grown methods support biodiversity and healthy ecosystems, improve the quality of soil and often use less water. Growing organically takes more time, requires more knowledge and skill, and, for now, costs more. But it’s worth it.

To ensure we are buying cotton that is organic as defined by the USDA’s National Organic Program, we require numerous certificates issued by an accredited third-party certification body for every step of the supply chain, from farm to factories.

Wrinkle Resistant

TENCEL® is a branded lyocell fiber that comes from the pulp of eucalyptus trees. The trees are grown on sustainably run farms certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).cellulose fibers such as viscose rayon.
